Is this Tech Bulletin applicable to 2005 models? Is it covered by warranty? Also, Is the 2005 ATF Dexron VI or III? Thanks in advance!

I moved you post over to the rear end issues section because it is the root cause of your problem.

You can read through all of the postings on the issue as your leisure BUT the latest and best solution to the issue is done at the dealer with Mobil I syn rearend fluid.

It works better than the GM product.

As far as if it is under warranty goes if your car is under the original factory warranty then it should be.
