New to the forum...new to Cadillac...new to XLR. Just purchased an certified 06 last weekend. My wife and I call it...his and her Harley's. She has some health problems and bikes didn't work...so a convertible sportscar it is. And, What a car...we love it so far.

Glad to be here.

Welcome!! There's lots of knowledgable members here who are more than happy to share their experiences with you.

There are several members who reside in Florida so depending on where you live you may just run into them in the parking lot or car shows.

Thanks guys...so far we're really enjoying the car. The reaction you get from people is unbelievable...actually came out of a local sports bar this evening and some kids (young adults) were standing in front of the car having their picture made. They went on and on about the car.

Jerry...I'm just down the road from you in Starke...we'll likely run into one another one of these days.

YOU GUYS WITH WARANTIES, PLEASE BE SURE TO LOOK INTO THE GMPP WARRANTY NOW SO YOUR CAR WILL REMAIN "COVERED" FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.

As we have read these cars are far too complex and expensive to pay out of pocket to get repaired!!

I'm a long time "Harley Guy" too. Between the two--the Harley and the XLR I am overwhelmed with places to go and things to do.

I'll look forward to seeing you on the road.
