Ok Where in Southern California?. I will take guess, Was the road Angeles Crest HWY. If it was Angeles Crest a right turn at Red Box takes you to Mount Wilson. At the Channel 4 building you would have seen another XLR Same color as yours. But with stock wheels.

Actually that's Central California, just outside of King City.

I was passin' through there a few months ago on vacation
and had to come back and visit for a "mandatory appearance" . ;)

Thought about taking the coast and hitting Carmel for lunch,
but couldn't fit it in the schedule. Angeles Crest HWY's a great ride too!

The turn out looked like one on Angeles Crest. And there is a road sign there too. However ever after blowing your thumb nail up. The road sign in your picture is 91 miles of hills and curves. The one on Angele Crest is 51 miles of the same.

Looks like someone added the "9" to the sign.... I think they were dreaming it would be that long.. :jester

I noticed your tint is pretty dark. Have you experienced any peeling on your rear windows in the corners. If you haven't, how did you prevent that from happening? I was told that it has been an issue with most after market tint jobs! Mine began to peel a few months ago and is becoming more noticable the more I drop the top!

I've only had the tint on for about 4 months and have seen no sign of peeling.
I personally have done nothing to prevent that other than the car is always garaged and the top is usually down if the suns up. Not a lot of cleaning going on back there either, as we know it's awkward to reach. The company that did it came highly recomended, maybe they actually earned it....time will tell

:reddevil I'm a speed demon.
I left the top up in case I went over the edge!

The trip back....figured if it's my time to go, might as well go topless!

Windbaffel does not figure into my world :lol
