The Cadillac XLR WindRestrictor was released to the public in 2008 by King Penn Industries Inc. We received confirmation after much time and effort a couple of months ago that the product was now officially liscensed by General Motors. All windscreens are not created equal is what we like to say. The customers that have taken old windscreens off of their XLRs and replaced them with our products would have to agree.
