Does anyone have stock baseline rwhp numbers? Iam trying to compile an average. I know every dyno will produce different results. Also any information on percentage losses through the drive train. Thank you for your time.

zzilla:
I suggest you go up on the D3 site http://www.d3cadillac.com/
They have done a number of "V" stock to high performance upgrades and have the baselines for their runs.
Factory Performance – Cadillac XLR
320HP @ 6400 RPM
310TQ @ 4400 RPM
-------------
Factory Performance – Cadillac XLR-V
443HP @ 6400 RPM
414TQ @ 3900 RPM

I just had a baseline dyno last weekend at Vengeance Racing in Cumming, GA
Bone stock the numbers were 356 hp with 363 torque. Better numbers than my 2006 C-6 LS2. These are rear wheel numbers. The factory numbers are at the crankshaft which will be higher. I am have it performance tuned at Xtrememotorsports in Blountstown, FL in three weeks and will post the results after the tune. Pretty impressive considering they had a dyno day for the CTS's and most were V's. My numbers were better than most if I remember right. They were the LS1 and LS2. Fun to have a blown caddy that plays nice with my vettes.:yesnod:yesnod:yesnod:yesnod:yesnod

I installed an induction system and remapped the MAF sensor to lean the car out to deliver a more consistant ratio over the speed range. Here are the graphs on a 06 XLR-V before and after.

You know I have wanted to travel over your way (Pensacola Naval Air Station) for awhile now.
This is just one more reason to get out of Jacksonville for awhile and see the rest of Florida.I am embarassed that I don't try and see more of it since I was born in Miami Beach (a true native).
For obvious reasons I will be following your "V" projects with much interest. Can you post your dyno sheets and exactly what they did?
Best Wishes
Jerry

I'll post the dyno sheet this afternoon. What all was done you'd have to ask Chris Harwood (owner of Xtrememotorsports)
