I've got an easy question -are the left side switches (HUD, etc) on the IP supposed to illuminate at night? Just about every other switch in this car is illuminated, but I needed to adjust one of these the other night, and had to do it by Braille, wondering if I'd ever seen them illuminated.

Good Question. It never occured to me. I am going out tonight and will try and see if I can fiddle around and get the switches illuminated.

Yea mine seem to be burn't out was wondering if it's hard to fix it as wether a fiber optic cable is run behind the switch and you just change a light bulb or do you have to take a part the whole dash?

That area is supposed to be lit. I had to check it out myself last night.

---Just got a call from the dealer; the whole switch assembly has to be replaced since they use a common LED backplane. PN# 15251159. Looks like $25.07 plus labor.
