Is it relatively easy to replace a bad speaker in the passenger seat?

Here is the procedure as listed in my XLR service manual:
Removal:
1. Insert a plastic flat-bladed tool at the base of the speaker grille and gently pry upward to disengage the retaining clips.
2. Remove the speaker grille from the seat.
3. Remove the screws which retain the speaker to the seat.
4. Route the speaker from the seat and disconnect the speaker harness lead.
5. Remove the speaker grille retainer.

Installation of new speaker:
1. Install the speaker grille retainer.
2. Connect the harness lead to the speaker, route the speaker harness lead in the seat.
3. Install the 4 screws which retain the speaker to the seat.
NOTICE: TIGHTEN TO 2.5 n-M (22 LBS/IN)
4. Align the speaker grille to the seat.
5. Carefully push on the speaker grille to engage the retaining clips to the seat.

I have not done this particular operation, but it doesn't sound too difficult and shouldn't take very long.

good luck
