Hi when starting the engine in a cold morning the RPM goes from 1000 to 1500 and then back to 1000 RPM, it does that about five times is that Normal?

I've had the same situation with mine. Dealer ran a performance test and said everything was fine, but the slight variable RPM continues only on cold starting. Let's hope someone out there has some insight.

I see in another thread we got our answer, that this is normal, no need to go to the dealer. Would have been nice if the XLR technician had given me this explanation, that's why I keep checking this forum weekly for updates.
