I would look at ebay to see what the selling prices are for 2007's and 2008's.

That will give you a trend and a position to deal from. There are also the NADA and other car auction books that indicate how the cars are doing at the auction.

I will tell you this, if you have money its a great time for the customer for a change to strike a great deal. So don't accept the first offer.

You also should get them to Cadillac Certify the car so you get a full extended warranty.

I think 8k miles is so new you can make sure they disclose whether or not the car has been damaged or in an accident. If they don't tell the truth they are in big trouble.

They can also run the Cadillac Serivce history for you and provide you with a copy so you can see what the car has been in the shop for.
