There has been some discussion on replacement floormats. I bought my XLR used and I needed a new set. I found a set at http://www.usspeedonline.com. I selected linen as a match to the Shale interior, it's not perfect but I like the oversize fit and the hold downs are hidden. Also on Ebay someone is selling custom clear plastic mats to go over existing mats. Just put Cadillac XLR into the serch and you will see them come up.

The mats are held down with straps that attach to original post.

I just bought some of those exactmats off of ebay ($45 incl s/h). No problems, good fit, only downside I can think of is that it blurs the beautiful embossed xlr in the original driver's side mat. Probably will have to take them back off and cut off the "pins" on the vinyl mat that lie over that embossing and the black mounting post area.

Love the hidden hold-downs on the lloyd mats, though!

PS. also found an extra keyfob on ebay ($25) -- let's see if the dealer can program it as a backup key...
