I think a couple of RII/RIII participates will have them (Galen and SilverX) installed.

I have one on order for Cubby and will be bringing it with me if it comes in before Wednesday. Two of the XLRs that are coming with us have them installed. I put Larry's on Saturday and it looks great. I think they will be for sale at RIII on Saturday.

gmpartsdirect has them for $135.52 (plus shipping). I'd recommend buying additional plastic fasteners (there are 8 and they sell for .80 ea) when you install it. The old ones are easy to break when removing them unless you have an extraction tool. A few of mine came out easy, and a few others . . . . weren't so lucky.
