ONE GOOD REASON WHY THERE SHOULD BE MORE THAN ONE DEALERSHIP IN ONE CITY.

NOTE: THEY INSTALLED NEW AIRBAG SENSORS. BUT LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM IS NOT FROM THE SENSORS.
THEY ARE REALLY UNQUALIFIED STAFF. I WISH THAT GM WOULD RECONSIDER GIVING THE DEALERSHIP LICENSE TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS more Knowledgeable.

Maybe they thought the dash icon indicated the Tanning Bed option was enabled?
Speak directly to the Service Manager. If that doesn't work have the tech sterized and taught how to pray for brains. That ALWAYS works! (We have lots of childless, pious service techs here as well.)
