Does anyone know whether or not this car can be lowered manually like the ZO6 can be?

the ZO6 can be lowered with a ratchet & socket, can this car?

I had mine lowered with the four bolts on each corner and couldn't wait to get them back to the normal position. If you want a low rider, this car rides bad when lowered. Save you money
