The 08 STS got a new grille but not the STS V. It`s hard to say if the rear lights are changed but I expect some little changes there! The "bulge" you see at the front door hinge is a piece of rubber used to prevent dings. The rest of the outside shots should be old stuff if you compare yours with the pictures.
