Being new to the XLR, could someone explain the benefits and negatives of installing a stabilizer bar? Also, best place to order one.

I just recently inistalled mine. No difference in ride relative to stiffness. However, as it is now suppose to, th rear end sticks through the turns. I believe someone on the forums here stated it as the "XLR lost her sashay" through the turns.

Basically it keeps the rear end tight!

There is a thread on here with all the information you need:

http://www.xlrforum.com/showthread.php?t=2681

It tells you what to order, from where, pics, the whole bit.

Good luck!

It feels like the rear end of the car does not roll as much in tight corners.

It was my wife's comment after I installed the bar in ours. She has a way of really relating the cars characteristics to people. :lol

Hope your bar is working for you....there are a couple of different diameters for improved handling, Vette bars work good.
