We had a great time last year on R2 .... that's when we met Bob and the rest of our west coast caravan ... we had a great time ... if you read any past posts you will see that going to BG was the ultimate cruise.

We are going again ... and are trying to recruit more from the west .... it would be great if you could join us ... WARNING - Bobby stops at every Cracker Factory along the way :glol ..... you will have the best time ever. The forum is very quiet right now .... I'm thinking it's because the largest group of members have their rides tucked away for the winter .... usually by Spring this place is really jumping and you will make great friends and learn a lot about your car.

Well xlrator, you can see that I wasn't lying to you about the people on this site. I didn't know I had so many friends............at least I think they are. If I don't post every day they think I have been doing donuts in the Rose Bowl or helicopters are chasing me.
You need to get an avatar and put your location, and what year xlr you have under the avatar. Takes a bit of getting used to. But. If you check a box in your sign up concerning getting e-mails when someone posts that would be a good thing.
For the record folks.............our newly found friend is from Orange County, Ca. and they live very close to a big mall.................Sounds like his wife could be a shopper for you ladies to get to know.

Welcome Xlrator. Lots of info about our cars. The cars are our bonding agent but soon you will find friends. Then comes the modifications that you must do. That will cost you around 5K. Then you have to send everyone a case of booze if you want real friends, thats what standby does. But he is such a PITA that I believe he is on his third case that he's sent out. Did he happen to give you any booze the day he found you? He's so use to it by now. :lol

Just 2 things:

1. Bob, after you figure out what PITA means, PM Motorboat. It will add to his texting lessons .... :glol

2. Galen ... Bob obviously did not give the guy his case of booze .... he's not checked back in since the day he posted ..... :rolleyes
