Hey guys,
Nothing to say but....
1- A squeeking sound coming from the engine when the temp. is below 40 d celcius
2- squeaking sound coming from the rear right tire when applying the brakes at low speeds--- NOTE: I had my brand new EBC brake discs and pads installed just few days ago.
3- Scratching (or whatever you wanna call it)-- noise coming from the rear left wheel.
These problems occured after installing EBC brakes(EXCEPT FOR THE ENGINE SQUEAK). THANKS TO EBC PERFORMANCE BRAKES:puke This just makes me feel sick
Some suggestions folks.

Take it back and get the brakes looked at. The pads and rotors may need to be scuffed up to allow them to seat propery. Also if the tire is rotating and the wheel seems to squeek it may be that the caliper has not returned to its neutral position.
The engine squeek should still be covered under warranty and may be a belt or..... so hurry up and get it in to the dealer so you can enjoy the car.

well, usuallay i had same problems with new brake disc by the GM, and everytime i tell them about the problem of the squeaking noisy, they say 'they cant do anything about it as many XLR and corvette cars have the same problems.. i advice them to shamfer the edge of the brake discs or lets say to smoothen it with amry papers( sandy paper)...and then to check if the rotor is in good condition if not then you need to smooth the surface by milling machine, which is all done by the garage shop..but i suggest you try to clean ur brakes with brake cleaner , maybe there are some dust on it or sands before going for hard work...
the noise coming from the engine, it could be many things.main thing usualy is pulley or or bearingor the belt is not seated properly, what i do is that i just poor water on the belt while runing..little like half cup....and see if the noise still there...to trace it up, u need to hear where is the problem excatly and you can address it, if not then its better to tell any good place to do that..i guess anyone can do that, its not a big issue here..then you would know... check the engine oil level, gear..etc..sometimes oil level low, it can give u the same...
one more thing: how is the brake perfomance now???

Hamad

Below 40 Celcius (little above 100 F) :eek , that means all the time..!
New brakes always need a little time to work properly and feel normal. Unless something is not working properly, it will take a good 200 to 300 miles (300-500 Km) for the brake pads to wear out and match the shape of your rotors.

Spanish,
Well. I didn't notice a big difference. The braking improved but not that much. I'm sure you can find better brand .
Good luck !
