Hey guys, I can pick up a 2 month old basslink II for a really good price.
Has anyone put this in the xlr? I think they are great concepts cause they are so small and add just enough to enhance the stereo.
Would this hookup fairly easy?

I see a couple of issues.
First, room is at a premium inside the car. Your options for locating such a device are limited.
Second, with the Bose audio system, I believe that preamp signals are fed to the speakers to be boosted by the amp at the speaker. This could be dealt with but more fussing with chasing and routing wires would be involved.
Finally, do you find the OEM system that offensive?

I think the speaker quality and loudness of the system great. I just wish it had more bass, by adding this, i think it would help that significantly.
However, like you seemed to note - i don't want this to be a PITA. I thought of it because, this is super small. Have you ever seen a basslink? It can fit pretty much anywhere.

Even there? I see no reason to mess with perfection.
