Likely been addressed before, but I have had a re-occuring problem with my drivers door that seems to have vexed the dealer after several replacement / reprogramings. Approximately 50% door / window works normal, the other 50% some form of the following:

> External touch pad has no operation over door opening or window movement (requires manual latch to open).
> External key pad will only cause window to "ratchet" downward - "clearance" movement per pad squeeze (ie. 1/2 inch or so each squeeze). At least allows me to reach into car for manual latch rather then climb across) once ratchet window fully down.
> Window fails to respond to all internal switch guidance
> Door appears to lose all power (ie. no courtesy light when door is open) or any function.

None of these appear consistent - though I am sure they are obviously linked. XLR is an 2004 w/ approx. 25k miles on it. Back to dealer tomm.... appreciate any input. Thanks

There are many issues here, a loose door electrical harness would probably trigger a series of problems like this... :skep Have the dealer check it.

The first thing I would check is the splice pack (SP201) for the ground (G201) which is the ground for that module in the drivers door. It looks like it's located in the drivers side kick panel area.
