Motortrend is usually a pretty reliable source. Check out this article. I have also seen some articles that speculate the 2009 xlr-v will have the lighter frame used by the Corvette ZO6 and it expected to get the 60 MPH mark in less than 4 seconds to match/exceed AMC Mercedes hot rods including SL63. :cheers

I read Cadillac is going to show this CTS-V at the Detroit Auto Show with 535 HP.
either way, it's a lot of ponnies!!

Hopefully it will carry over a manual tranny. And reversing that "de-tuning" is pretty easy so I can see myself wantin' one of them bad boys!! :thumbs

Now lets see.................how can I lemon my V? Damn, there goes another pile of my retirement coins. Hope we get a choice of colors. I want a very light yellow, not to garish. If you remember Mark, I posted the big HP change when I came back from BG and that post was removed by their request. Guess they wanted to do the leaking first. That's OK, as long as we get one of those, as you say.............BAD BOYS
