caddiedrummer 09-24-2007, 08:19 PM Sweet!! What year Viper?
The current model--an 06. There was no 07 and the 08 not out yet. I also had 95, 00 and 05. (plus C5 and C6 Vettes)
Jetboyphx 09-24-2007, 09:21 PM Nice!
standby 09-24-2007, 09:33 PM What are you doing to poor Ray? Lola needs Ray right where he is. Can you imagine two black cars to clean? Guess I know why he has a full time detailer.Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry nice. I got the guy just for you. :glol Have you ever met my husband???

Galen 09-25-2007, 06:22 PM Now how the hell are you going to choose which one to drive? Both very nice. You know its nice enough to have a V but, to have both, WOW ! I'd like to know which one you really like. I've heard the Viper is a real bad machine.
Cliff8928 09-27-2007, 12:23 AM I guess it's a choice of if you want to drive an auto or a manual? Do you want a roof over your head or not?
I myself would take the V any day over the Viper though... I'm not much of one for chrysler products.
XLR_Lover 09-27-2007, 10:32 AM I have to agree.
Guess I've gotten used to the comfort, and the V has enough get-up-and-go for me!

I must have missed something--in both I have a roof over my head. (and in my other SRT the roof comes off)
As far as Chrysler, I would not give you 2 cents for a Durango, Caravan etc, but as far as quality, fit and finish and dependability, my 4 Vipers have been far better than my 2 XLRS, and STS (though I love Caddy no end) My V has been much better than my base XLR and the difference in the way it drives is night and day.
Cliff8928 09-27-2007, 11:11 AM Ahh, i didn't realize that the Viper was a targa top. Though that's quite a bit more work than just pushing a button.

YOU ARE THE MAN....:cheers
XLRAT 09-27-2007, 03:44 PM I would have to say that the Viper and the XLR are 2 very different vehicles. The Viper is basically a street legal race car that has nothing luxurious about it. It is an incredible performance car that definitely gets my heart pumpin, its looks are very masculine and muscular! The X is a LUXURY roadster that has great performance as well, but is has a smooth classy one of a kind apprearance and feel. Both vehicles are great American made heavens. :flag
They should both be owned..hehe :reddevil :yesnod
One is for your daring bad boy racing moments, where you want to hear and feel the power, the other your every day Luxury ride that is sleek and sexy and still can perform! If you have never heard the engine running on a Viper, and have never ridden in one where you are stuck to the seat its so damn fast, and wet your shorts, you are really missing out. Would you agree Caddiedrummer?....:D Mea
