For those of you lucky enough to be driving an XLR;
a) what is the inside like with the top up? How is shoulder room, head room, overall tightness etc? Does the roof make it feel too confined?
b) Any thoughts on the lack of body side mouldings, and how to protect the car in public spaces?

Inside is surprisingly comfortable, although there is nothing but a wall behind the seats, which I had to get used to when backup, after bumping my elbo a few times turing around. The underside of the top is soft to the touch and the center console is not obtrusive, like in some sports cars (e.g. viper).

To protect the car in public spaces... keep your walking shoes on, park far, far away. But we do that in all our cars anyway. Get creative. There is always a safe place to park, you just have to look for it and be willing to walk.
