In summary, these cars will reach the associated dealerships by the third week in September. Three XLRs are rolling out per day.

One piece of foreshadowing is this quote from the head of U.A.W. Local 2164, Mr. Eldon Renaud, who said of current GM/UAW contract negotiations,

“I think it’s going to be imperative that there’s an agreement before the cars begin to be shipped out.”
