Hello,

I am new to this site.

I am INCREDIBLY frustrated and p**sed with Cadillac of Las Vegas.

I have tried to get them to fix warranty issues several times and don't know what to do.

Broken Stereo/cds don't track. Broken console lid. Ciggerette liter not working. Brakes have squeaked since 8k!!!

All diagnosed and told parts were on order. Then multiple times i call or show up and they go "oh we need to order that" or their best answer "we will order it, but you will have to leave the car here until the parts show up".... like i'll leave my car there for 5 weeks for a part....


I need to know if any Cadillac Execs or Lurkers are on this board so i can get some help..... Please....


I am sorry if i sound frustrated, i suppose the electronic nature of this has allow me to express my frustration. when i am at the dealership for some reason i take their crap over and over again. Alway retaining my composure. But for 90k i want my car fixed!!

:bs start with the service manager or dealer management and work your way up from there. No reason why this souldn't be handled promptly....all sound like easily repaired warranty issues.

Sounds like they want you to take it somewhere else. Have you had a previous run in with them?

Sounds like small fish when you hear some of the other issues on here, but all are being handled one way or another, so don't give up.
Your next stop after the dealer management is your local area factory rep and they will have the number for him or contact him for an evaluation of your issues.
BTW i knock on wood every time before I put the top up or down

Set up a case with Cadillac. You can find the 800 number in your owners manual. Like the others mentioned try to get to the General Manager or Dealer Pricipal directly to get their attention. The dealer may not even know what is going on in that Service department. At worst...find another dealer. Best of luck on your repairs.
