Nice writeup. Is the HUD the same as the XLR, or did they upgrade to the unit used in the Corvette?

The corvette display has separate pages and is a lot more then just the radio and speed that the XLR is. The Corvette can also display G's, rpms, mph, avg fuel, coolent, etc.

The Corvette HUD is pretty cool and due to its updated LED display you can see it even while wearing polarized lenses. It is also tied to the nav system, with turn-by turn arrows, street names and a cool little countdown timer to the next turn on your route.

I would love to have the Vette's HUD on the XLR... there's not enough info on the XLR HUD
