Today was the day!! It came off the carrier at 11am. I arrived at 11;30. Steve (the XLR factory trained XLR mechanic) said it would be no problem to install a rocker switch to open or close the exhaust baffles.(he will pull the wires from the fuse panel that control them, and then fuse the switch in case of overload) Delevery to me is planned next monday or tuesday, weather permitting. I got talked out of switching sterring wheels with my 05, all leather looks and feels great. I am having just the raised letters of the calibers painted XLR-V colors and am leaving the factory black alone. No pinstripes, just initials on the doors. GM square tags are being removed. More to come later. Tim.

Way to go Harry......:party ..Good luck, let us know how difficult to rocker switch those baffles, if I don't get it done before you. I've decided to not put the rocker on the console. I'll just hide it, cause I probably will only use it to impress.:thumbs :thumbs

Tim,
Good luck with the new rig. I had my Infrared down the Cape this last weekend on its maiden voyage.
