Lot's of miles since I didn't use too many in the first year. Only reason I'm parting ways with this car is because my wife is 4 months pregnant and having a two seater isn't very practical any more.

The cash incentive can be in cash directly to anyone who takes over the lease or paid to GMAC to lower your payments. I will also pay the $595.00 transfer (acquisition) fee to GMAC for the transfer to your name.
