Hi guys,
I`ve visited last thursday the Frankfurt IAA and the people from Cadillac told me that the price of the "V" will be about 15% higher than the regular XLR.
If we say the base XLR is about 77 K so the V will run about 88.5K

likes:
the dark wood - the wheels - the raised hood - the suede inserts in the seats and door panels and most of all, the V looks alltogether much sportier than the base model.
dislikes:
the four tail-pipes look good (corsa style) but they should come out a little more on the back - the 160 mph speedo ( I get my base XLR to 172 mph shown by HUD)
so it should have a 180 speedo in it.

Interesting, the car was parked at the show in an angle what many driveways have and the top (I´ve raised and lowered it) without any problem.

Harry,

Do you have any pics of the XLR-V from the show you could post?

Thanks

I too, like the darker wood Han's

I think the wheels are helping the look of the V too

Well, Han's you where pretty close when you said $86,000, some comments from the dealer have it in the low low $90,000's, but they be counting on insentive charges added to the MSRP. Your so luck to have seen it up close.
