: Just a thought on exhaust sound? upstate 08-28-2005, 07:55 PM Since the XLR shares its exhaust underbody components with the C6 corvette, what about putting the stock Vette mufflers on the XLR? Wouldn’t that give it a more aggressive sound? Would they just bolt it place of the XLR mufflers? Just a thought? :D kwm292 08-29-2005, 04:03 PM I have both an 04 XLR and an 05 Corvette Convertible and the exhaust sound is better in the XLR than the Corvette.
